Bonnie Hughes

About Me

Bonnie, a southern girl from Mississippi, fell in love with this area after visiting the Smoky Mountains for the first time in 1985.

Shortly thereafter she left a career in civil service to follow her dreams to live in this beautiful place of East Tennessee. From 1986-1991 she built, owned and operated a Cabin Rental business in the mountains of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Then one day in 1991 she discovered a place called Tellico Village. Well, she fell in love again. Soon she sold her business and built a home in Tellico Village. In 1991 she obtained her real estate license and has been selling in Tellico Village and the surrounding area ever since. The first 10 years she worked with the Developer, Cooper Homes, in new home construction. She enjoyed helping people visualize their dream on paper, then through construction, until the day they were given the keys to their new home. The last 10 years she has specialized in resale properties and has seen a lot of dreams come true in helping people find that perfect home, townhome or building site to build their home. She continues to look for new ways to market Tellico Village and properties. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she is personable. She is a great listener and will always look out for your best interest. Her motto is “Always treat people the way you would want to be treated”. Whether you are looking to buy or wanting to sell, you can depend on her.
